Social Workers must engage professional development, be open to ideas that challenge and work as a team member. Case Manager/Social Worker JOB SUMMARY:
A Case Management Supervisor at Fathers New Mexico is responsible for overseeing the case management provided to individuals served by Fathers New Mexico. This position assists with development, review, and improvement of case management/client files and establishing processes to support all staff with case management duties. This person shall prioritize a client-centered approach. All Case Managers are expected to work with individuals and families humbly and conscientiously pursue options to meet participants' needs. This Case Management Supervisor must be open to professional development, constructive feedback, challenging ideas, and collaborative teamwork. The Case Management Supervisor will support and operationalize the mission of Fathers New Mexico in its work with families. A successful Case Management Supervisor actively contributes their expertise and insights to promote constant improvement within the organization and maintains positive relationships with other staff, volunteers, clients/participants, professional collaborators and supporters of Fathers New Mexico. A Fathers New Mexico Case Management Supervisor willingly brings their expertise and insights to the team, in the spirit of constant improvement for the organization.This position may plan and facilitate Dad’s Groups for participants. This person may also be asked to support organizational development and promotional activities.
Hiring in Santa Fe! Position: peer navigation lead
Fathers New Mexico is seeking: An energetic part-time manager to oversee peer navigation work in Santa Fe.
JOB SUMMARY:
Fathers New Mexico’s young parent peer navigators are dedicated community members who serve young parents by assisting them to connect to services and supports that they need. The peer navigation lead will learn the criteria of the young parent peer navigation program and support the peer navigators as they engage young parents in Santa Fe. The peer navigation lead will listen to and develop a plan for ensuring that each peer navigator is successful. This position includes data collection and management. The peer navigation lead is responsible to work with individuals and families and do so from a place of humility. Professional development for self and peer navigators will be a priority. This position manages outreach and relationship building between FNM and other entities. All FNM staff represent Fathers New Mexico in community, with collaborative partners, funders, participants, political entities, and other non-profits. This person will also be asked to support organizational development and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Must have a driver’s license and a legal, operational vehicle that complies with all relevant NM laws.
Able to pass a criminal background check.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Professional with an appropriate combination of education and experience.
